Ilford Jewish Primary school

Ilford Jewish Primary school

Ilford Jewish Primary school moved to Redbridge in 1970, having previously been located in Stepney and was known as Stepney Jewish Primary School.  In 2013 Ilford Jewish Primary School moved onto the Kantor campus into a brand new purpose built primary school and shares the site with Kantor King Solomon High School.  The school became known as Wohl Ilford Jewish Primary School (WIJPS).

Our school promotes a positive commitment to modern Orthodox Judaism and a proud sense of identity with Israel and provide an excellent Jewish education that is full of challenge, interest and fun.

Our secular education is equally important to us and we ensure the unique needs and achievements of each child are recognised as we develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of the world around them.

The school is grateful to the Goldstein family who have been stanch supporters of the school throughout it’s time.  The late Jerry Goldstein Z’l together with his wife Ann was instrumental with WIJPS and played an active role, together with Michael, Jonathan and Daniel having a long association with both schools as pupils, governors and supporters.  We feel very humble and privilege that the proceeds of this chazzanut concert will benefit both schools
